Quick Fruit Syrup

1 1/4 cup cup juice (unsweetened)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
4 tbsp sweetener ( maple syrup, organic sugar, honey)
1 tblsp cornstarch or 2 tblsp arrowroot powder

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir until thickened.
You can use any flavor juice. I like to use apple juice or cherry juice and stir in some dried cherries.
Use in place of pancake syrup or maple syrup
