1 cup Epsom salts
1 cup coarse sea salt
several drops essential oil of your choice
Mix these together and store in an airtight container. Use 1/2 cup per bath.
English Mustard Bath
1/2 cup baking soda
1/2 cup Epsom salts
1/4 cup mustard powder
2 drops peppermint essential oil
2 drops rosemary essential oil
2 drops eucalyptus essential oil
Use 1/2 cup per bath and rinse off in a cool shower. Reduces stress, restlessness and eases sore muscles. Wonderful for soaking when you are ill.
Milk and Honey Bath
1 cup honey
1 cup boiling water
1 cup honey
2 cups powdered milk
1/2 cup sea salt or epsom salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
Dissolve honey in boiling water and add other ingredients. Pour into a tub of warm water.
