Snicker’s Pie

Today is my oldest daughter’s sixteenth birthday and instead of her usual cheesecake, she asked for Snicker’s Pie like our friend Sandy makes. I thought I would post the recipe in honor of the day.

Arrange 5 Snickers bars cut into small 1/4 inch pieces in the bottom of one baked pie crust.

Mix:
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounces of softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup sour cream

Pour this mixture over the snickers bars in the pie crust and bake at 350 degree for 15 minutes or until the mixture sets up. You want to make this early because it needs to chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. I decorate the top with some dark chocolate shavings.
